You can customise your Home Screen in the tado° app to keep the rooms and features you use most within easy reach.
You can:
Hide tiles you don’t need.
Show hidden tiles again whenever you want.
Reorder your rooms to suit your preferences.
You can customise your Home Screen at any time, and your changes are easy to undo.
Customise your Home Screen
Open the tado° app and go to Home Screen.
Select Edit.
Drag and drop tiles to reorder them, hide tiles you don’t need, or show hidden tiles again.
Select Done to save your changes.
Hide tiles you don’t need
If you don’t use a feature, you can hide its tile from your Home Screen. For example, if you don't use Smart Charging or tadoº Energy, you can hide these tiles.
To hide a tile:
Select Edit on your Home Screen.
Select the minus (-) symbol in the upper right-corner of the tile you want to hide.
Select Done to save your changes.
Hiding a tile doesn’t remove or deactivate the feature. You can show the tile again whenever you want.
Show hidden tiles again
You can show any hidden tile again at any time.
Select Edit on your Home Screen.
Select the plus (+) symbol in the upper right-corner of the hidden tile you want to show.
Select Done to save your changes.
A hidden tile may also appear automatically if your actions show that the feature is relevant to you again. For example, if you start using a feature you previously hid, its tile may appear on your Home Screen again.
Reorder your rooms
You can also arrange your rooms on your Home Screen in any order you like.
Just drag and drop the rooms into the position you want.
