You can remove any tado° X device from your Home directly in the tado° app.
Open the tado° app.
Go to Settings > Rooms & Devices.
Select the device you want to remove.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Remove device from home.
Select Remove device to confirm.
If you remove your Bridge X or Heat Pump Optimizer X, your other tado° devices may go offline if it’s your only Thread border router. If you have several Thread border routers, your tado° devices will stay online, but your network range may be affected.
