To ensure optimal functioning of your tado° system, it is crucial that all the devices are within range and their network is stable.
If that’s the case, your devices will appear as connected in your tado° app and work reliably.
However, in cases when your device is having trouble maintaining a stable connection, your device will either appear offline if the connection completely drops, or it might still appear connected; in either case, your tado° app will now provide you with the warning, so you have the proper insight by being informed when the signal is too weak.
This warning is presented via the banner that can be found in Settings > Rooms & Devices by selecting the individual tado° devices.
The banner also explains how you can improve the range and stability of your Thread network.
