General compatibility

tado° works with most boilers that communicate in a language that tado° can understand and process.

Thermostats often communicate with boilers via simple relay (on/off) connections. tado° is compatible with almost all boilers that support relay connections.

In relay systems, the heating turns on (100%) or off (0%) completely based on heat requests.

Major boiler brands tado° supports

You can find below some of the major boiler brands that tado° is compatible with:
