If your devices were installed by a tado° registered professional, and your tado° package includes a 5-year warranty card, you can benefit from the 5-year warranty.
To use this extended warranty, you should present the filled-out card with a copy of the original proof of purchase.
The Installer ID is received as soon as your professional installer registers on the tado° professional portal.
This 5-year warranty card doesn’t depend on any other warranty conditions (consumer law, etc.).
