As soon as we receive your devices in full and in their original packaging, you’ll get a full refund for them.
We generally process refunds within 14 days from when we receive your devices. To speed up the refund process, make sure to include all the necessary documents for your return in the package.
If the returned devices are damaged or incomplete, tado° reserves the right to refuse to refund the amount due or reduce the amount due.
