Live chat
Tap the round orange icon in the bottom right-hand corner to open a chat and select Messages > Send us a message to get support.
If you prefer, you can open a chat in the tado° app by going to More > Support.
If you’ve disabled functional cookies, you won’t be able to find the live chat.
To enable chat:
Go to the tado° website.
Select the green shield icon on the bottom left of your screen.
Toggle Functional Cookies to Always Active.
Confirm your choice.
If needed, refresh the page to update the changes, and you’ll then find the orange chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
For emergencies
If you are experiencing issues related to installation, please remount your old devices. This way, you have access to heating and hot water and avoid an emergency while we help you resolve the issue. Then contact us via chat and select I have a question about the installation.
If you have an emergency (i.e. you are without heating or hot water), contact us via chat and select I have a technical question. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
